Responsibilities and Duties:
- Call and counsel students on their education queries.
- Share information about colleges, exams, and application processes.
- Make follow-up calls and ensure regular engagement with leads.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Understand student interests and recommend suitable courses or colleges.
- Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets.

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident, convincing, and motivated to meet targets.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups.
- Prior experience in sales/telecalling/education counselling preferred.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
Requirements (Must)
- Must have a working phone and laptop
- Should be able to make 150+ calls daily
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
