They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliant Management Specialist to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies. The role involves managing complaint analysis, adverse event identification, and supporting operational compliance processes in alignment with organizational SOPs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first-level contact for in-scope processes of the engagement.
- Complete assigned workload within established performance standards and timelines.
- Perform complaint analysis and coding in accordance with company SOPs.
- Identify and document Adverse Events (AE) accurately.
- Complete missing data entry and maintain data integrity.
- Inform Delivery Leaders of any cases requiring escalation with a brief case summary.
- Follow up with Customer Service and trigger necessary follow-up actions and communications.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Bpharm , Mpharm
Strong understanding of SOPs and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and data entry tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical compliance processes.
- Knowledge of adverse event reporting and complaint management systems.
- Strong communication and escalation management skills.
